If you’re generating chocolate bark for the holiday period, consider including a pair drops of peppermint oil or one/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract and sprinkle the melted chocolate with sweet canes to make peppermint bark. You can even make white chocolate bark with peppermint in addition.
